Ryan & Ryan, LLC represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including litigation. We have represented many employers in connection with litigation in state and federal courts, administrative hearings before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation boards, and in unfair labor practice proceedings before both the National and State Boards of Labor Relations.

We also assist employers in grievance and interest arbitration, and contract negotiations. Additionally, we provide clients with counseling on day-to-day workplace issues and offer training services to aid in the development of more productive workforces, all in an effort to avoid the time and expense associated with litigation.
